Sorry I have decided not to post this after all but I can't find how to delete it

@pete @john558 it wasn't about gardening. It was about face book. Do you still want to know ?

 

I don't appear to have Delete either which is why a couple of times I have edited out and typed Double Posted.

 

Oh yeah, we still want to know, lets dig the dirt, even if we are not gardening.

 

Bottom left, edit delete report immediately after the time the message was posted.

 

I can see delete on all posts except the first one. On the first one there's only Edit and Report

I'll write it back out @pete.

 

I think you may be right, I seem to remember its not easy to change the title of a thread once you have written it, so yes, maybe you dont get Delete if you are the person who initiated the thread.

 

Here's what I wrote ...

I was told recently that someone 'listens in' or 'watches' everything you put on face book. They told me to type in 'fact checkers' in the box where you block people and you can find out who is watching you.

I did that and there were 34 people watching what I put on my page so it's a good job I hardly ever put anything there.
I blocked them all but apparently more appear every day. The person I was talking to blocks several every day.

Only Admin can delete a thread, you can delete a post within a thread, ie i can delete this post, but mike will not be able to delete the first post/thread

If you want it deleting ask Admin, but as there is now lots of post within they may not do it because of others that have posted
