Mrs Shiney likes the plant (not hardy) and is thinking of growing it. Any problem and any spare seeds? :fingers crossed: :)

I recently ordered some seeds and then the company disappeared (had not paid) so now you have reminded me to look again.

I did grow it once. A bit disappointing. It took a long while to produce a few flowers which were only attractive when they first opened but turned yellow quite quickly. Sorry can't help with seed!

Looks like Chiltern seeds have seeds available.

@Victoria Yes, and from what we can remember it wasn't all that successful. I'll see whether I can dig out a photo tomorrow.

@Victoria here are a few shots. To be fair, they weren't looked after very well and in pots that weren't large enough.

Thank you Michael. They are lovely and so unique. I hope my seeds come today ... we don't have post on Saturdays/Sundays. I will post my success, if any!

@Victoria We started them off in the greenhouse and with all of the plants we have in there they were neglected apart from watering. We never got around to potting them on and didn't feed them. :noidea: We didn't take them out of the greenhouse at all.
