We discovered they like it hot and and not over watered. This one must be a meter squared. I have a yellow one too (B lutea) but it is still small as it is in a pot. The B guttata grew like crazy when it went into the ground.

Not "looking good" exactly, but I've spent the last hr packing my plants that are not fully hardy into the garage as we have a frost forecast. Bit of a squeeze, but got them all in. I swore last yr I was going to let some of them go "naturally" when it got cold, but ... :spinning:

Not much in flower now but still some of the garden looking good for the new year.

Cotoneaster that selfseeds all over the garden has leaves that its dropping taking on nice bright colours that contrast well with the evergreens:

I should have done that with my Daphne, it was in full flower and the flowers have all been wrecked. Will know better next time.

A winter wonderland, @Plantminded! :dbgrtmb: Beautiful!

The BBC is going hysterical over this light dusting of snow. They have a reporter standing out in what is so sparse not even the road tarmac is covered, dooming and glooming about thank goodness it is Sunday and people can stay at home, etc.

                              Pathetic!
