Powdery mildew

    The leaves of a hardy Gerenium in my garden have got powdery mildew but there are lots of flowers on it.
    Should I cut the leaves off ?

    Spay it with diluted milk Micheal, it seems to help.

      @pete we tried that with our black hamburg grape vine 2 years ago that had mildew and it made no difference. Maybe because it is so big that we didn't reach all the parts that were effected.

        Obviously it only works on contact, its not systemic and I dont say its totally good at doing the job but we dont have much left, do we, all the stuff that worked really well has been banned,meanwhile farmers use all kinds of stuff large scale, but that's alright, it was gardeners that was poisoning the enviroment.:frown:
