Nighty Nighty Thread.

I know there is a goodnight thread on non-gardening, but no one seems to post there. So with your permission I thought it might be a good idea to include it next to the Wakey Wakey thread.

With that, I shall bid farewell to all you lovely people and hit my pit and retire....managed to paint the new gate and fence afore assembly later today...so its onwards on upwards or whatever.

Oi Shiney what's this Gossip word?:rolleyes::D We don't gossip about anyone though I have heard a rumour that Hairdressers like to have a good gossip every now and again,well every day in fact {whistle}:p:D

 

Decided that I will bother, cause I hate leaving some wonderful new found peeps without saying something ( I mean goodnight, not leaving)

So. Today has been busy...having to watch the F1 GP and then nuking the weeds on the drive and still watching the men's tennis final....it is really exhausting you know..honest. I am not a great tennis fan, but these two are just so accomplished sportsmen it's almost impossible not to appreciate them.......Just finished. Raphael Nadal has won...but it was so very, very close. Federer came back from 2 sets down....really entertaining.

Yesterday I was awake for over 24 hours, so I am a trifle sleepy now. Not as young as I used to be thanows. Not as fit as Shiney obviously

Time for a song....And now the end is near and so I face the final...bedtime.

Time for yours truly to hit his pit. Been a relatively quiet day for a change, but think I have things to do tomorrow, but can't remember what they are...something to do with Mrs Tweaky going out and needing transport I think...will find out in the morning no doubt.

It's been a bad day for gardening, as in none due to the inclement weather...and no good weather on the horizon at the moment.

The guinea pigs are fattening up nicely..another few weeks and they will be ready for the pot.:rolleyes:

I have a couple of long emails to write, so I shall sign out and get on with them afore I retire. Everyone has been fed and watered including all the animals. I have just cracked open a can of beer...well actually its Budweiser but who cares. So will roll a tab and start writing.
