    Hello,

    First post on this Forum.

Im Mr Grinch (only sometimes). Im 36, been gardening since i had bought my own place in 2002.
Im never happy with my garden, alway's tinkering. Project for the new year is a new patio partitioned from the lawn by Box.

I love Roses, Aquilegia and Day Lilly's. I HATE conifers :rolleyespink:

My garden is South East facing, i garden on heavy clay.

I really dont know much about shrubs but i need to learn as i want some :)

    Nice to meet you all.

    G

Hello Mr G, welcome to Gardeners Corner.:D:D As you can see already they're a very friendly bunch and are always willing to help and give advice. We have gardeners at all levels of experience and knowledge, from the beginners to the knowledgeable, experts, and specialists.
Mentioning that you like certain plants will get you in danger of being hijacked by the specialists and collector of those plants.....like Spruce:heehee:

          Welcome, Grinchy :dbgrtmb:

If you like Aquilegia then you may want to visit our garden on Open Day . We're not far from you and open for charity at the end of May each year. Much closer to the date I put an invitation on here for GC members.

          Here's a link to a preview I posted a few years ago.

and here's a link to a thread I posted about propagating and growing Aquilegias
