My disaster of a garden......

    Ok so we rent our house off the other halfs parents as we have some good weather today, im guna attempt to do some work on it. Heres some before photos....

    Everytime i look at it i loose the will to live let alone sort it out lol. Procrastination is the name of the game today lol

      Once you get stuck in, you'll love it!! Daunting at first, but, boy, is it worth it!!!

        Ooh James just a bit of work then... :biggrin: Go on bite the bullet & get a skip out front & fill it with all the rubbish, you will get it done before you know it then you can plan what else to do... :yay:

        once you clear out all the rubbish and the over grown things, it will be like a plain canvass, i would recommend adding loads of color!

          When its done, im going to have to make it low maintenance as i work alot of long hours alot of the time. The spare time i currently have is taken up with my beloved chilli plants

            Good morning James just take your time, a selected small area at a time will do my friend and as you see each area completed it will give you motivation for the next small area and a sense of achievement:)

              Im hoping so i completely gutted it about 6 months ago and the minimalist approach made it look stunning but the weather always seems to be poor on my non working days heres hoping for a good day today!!

                You've got the chance of turning your garden into a real paradise:snork: It might look a bit daunting at the moment but take your time and don't try to rush it. A lot of people make the mistake of trying to do everything at once and make a mess of it while burning themselves out and turning themselves off gardening!! Get a plan in your mind and go for it, although you will find the plan will change over time:snork:

                  Theres 2 of them next to each other and a honneysuckle which i erm accidentally butchered not long ago....grown back like wildfire. Lawns front and back both mown with the rather rubbish fly mo. Off to docs then on with the borders it is!!
