We thought you had too :heehee:

Personally I wouldn't buy a rose unless I had seen a mature sample [i.e. not one in a nursery pot with one or two flowers] growing in the flesh, seen the colour, and smelled the flowers ...

@Kristen...totally agree:thumbsup: I'm going to stick with my second selection all of which I've seen in the flesh albeit in the grounds of large houses and planted en masse but 3 in each bed in my diddy parterre should have the same effect ish:biggrin:....I'm imagining their delicate scent with a froth of Ammi Majus growing through them after the delicious Viridflora Spring green Tulips have put on their show surrounded the perfectly clipped Buxus

                        Annnnd back in the room:whistle:....:heehee:....

I was going to barrow more soil in the beds and then start on the sand for the paving but seen as summer has returned with a vengeance ,it can wait till tomorrow. The blocks for the paving arrived while I was at work today and expected to have to move those off the drive but my old Dad had done it for me:love30:...I hope I'm as good as him at 87 years of age:wub2:

That David Austin catalogue is an omen Loli, it's telling you it definitely must be roses......but on the other hand, which ones. :)
