    Good morning all

Dull as ditch water this morning, and really looks like autumn - not my favourite time of year to be honest, although occasionally there is something nice about coming home and getting the heating on when it's freezing cold and lashing rain..... That reminds me, I must give the landlord a ring to get the boiler fixed

Here's hoping that those of us who are feeling under the weather feel better soon, and those that aren't don't lose any of their bounceability

Good morning F/C don't forget the Autumn colours, and that the nearer we get to winter ,it also brings the next spring nearer, and if you get some security lights you can do some gardening by the light of the silvery lamps;):blue thumb: enjoy your day my friend:smile:

        Morning early people :)

Foggy here today. Sparking up the barbie in a minute, give the girls a good breakfast before they go back to Bristol.

Have a good day everyone and don't pay £4,238 for a skirt :thud:

              Morning all,:spinning:

Just climbed out of my pit...it's a bit late for me....had a busy day yesterday at the boot sale, I have to more or less load and unload x 2 myself, as OH is not really up to taking on any work.:thud:

Plays havoc with my back, tennis elbow and now a badly bruised wrist due a fall a few days ago.
Oh where would we be without a little pain?

Fred, my dog is a lot better, I have had to put on fresh food diet to monitor his kidney problem, diagnosed after having his teeth removed. :doggieshmooze:

Weather a bit dull this morning, was like this yesterday, and it turned out to be a corker of a day, might even get out and sort out my strawberry bed.:psnp:

Hope everyone has a good day.:)

                Aloha everyone,

Moyra, I hope you're feeling better now that you're up and about. :grphg:

It's quite a nice morning here in Shineyland. I've been out in the garden a few times this morning - moving the sprinkler to different areas. At 5.30 a.m. it was a very comfortable 55F. There don't seem to be many birds up and about yet but I've chatted to a couple of patrolling cats.

I'm off to the local builders' merchants this morning to look for some new paving stones. I've decided to remove the stepping stones across the little lawn in the front garden (from car port to front door) and replace them with a solid path of slabs. Trimming the grass around the stepping stones is getting a bit much for me (very fiddly). So I'll remove the grass between the new path and the flower bed (makes the bed a little wider) and have it sunken slightly below lawn level so I can mow over it. The resulting edge will only need a little trimming.

They don't seem to have a great deal of choice of slabs in most of the places I've seen. I don't want anything much wider than 12".

Lili, has Fred had false teeth put in?

Zigs, the Beckhams have moved out from their place in Sawbridgeworth but Rod Stewart has moved in not far from us. He's still an Essex boy :heehee:

Keep well and have a great day

Don't forget what Socrates (is supposed to have) said:-
By all means marry. If you get a good wife, you'll become happy. If you get a bad one you'll become a philosopher.

                I'm happy :yahoo:

                Aloha!

                Keep well

Well, since July 2013 he has had to have 13 teeth out, and yet he is now back to chewing the little ribs bones he so loves.:heehee:

                              Good morning Wakey Wakers :)

It's all chaos in the garden once again - having the boundary fence done and it's all open and exposed at the moment. Ozzy has to have his lead on just to pop out the back to relieve himself and then we have to navigate, very carefully, around the chaos and wood. The neighbour would not appreciate an Oz in her garden - I don't think she's particularly into dogs (and definitely not chickens!) so it's not worth letting him out there, as it is, without a lead on. I'll be taking him for a good walk as soon as the sun comes up and before the workers get here. (Note to self: remember to take the camera).

Get well wishes to those under par and safe journey to those who are travelling.
