    Good morning everyone,

Shiney, that reminds me must get the cloches out to cover over the more vunerable of the fuchsias that are really not perennial but they wintered through last year ok so am hoping for the same results this year. Have put a load of cheerfulness and other daffs in between them.

Loli, poor old Daisy if it is not one thing it is another, hopefully she will feel better after.

WOO, hope your moult goes well.

Waves to Eve, Zigs , AB and FC.
Have a lovely day all, God bless.:wub2:

Not so nice here very overcast and looks like rain. I just hope it brightens up so I can take Amber out with the scooter later. If not it will be another short run on the green for her.

Been lovely and balmy up here in sunny Manchester. It's been great to come home from work and potter in the garden until dark. Debating whether to make another mock stone trough ( Geoff Hamilton stylie) from 3 Belfast sinks we have acquired?
I made one before and have alpine strawberries in it, which crop really well.
Will ponder this as I go for op tomorrow, bit of sinus gardening lol!
In a quandary as I write, whether to eat again before the 12 o'clock fasting. Don't really want anything but this whole primeval need has been nagging away to feed before fast ...... Ok hands up just a greedy devil who wants to squeeze in a last slice of carrot cake before the others scoff it up, whilst I am away? Lol!
                    You all take care!

                            Good morning!

Adendoll - hope the op goes well and wishing you a speedy recovery.

Moyra - I'm sure Amber enjoyed her outing whether it was the green or elsewhere. Hope you are feeling better today.

Woo - Ozzy had a fabulous walk, thank you. I'm only just discovering the local area for walking and it is a fabulous place for us and Ozzy is in his element. I'm still keeping him on a long line at the moment, mainly to reinforce his recall training (new place = commands revision) but the areas available for him to get a good run are many.

Zigs - bbq in the woods sounds great fun (as did your bbq breakfast!)

Loli - hope your neck completely heals before you go back to work

Shiney - well done on fixing your PW and good luck with your coffee/crafts morning

Autumn bliss - well done on your harvest.

Busy day in the garden ahead. The fencing was completed by end of day yesterday (they've done a sterling job!) and now the garden looks totally empty/bare and in need of some TLC. So, a general rake/sweep up; then move a few bits around to make it look less bleak and then ... it can rest for while and I'll get on with my pen and paper sketches to bring together my vision of it.

Enjoy the pleasures today will bring you (and keep your eyes and mind open for them). xMx

                              Morning one and all.:spinning:

Popped my head around the door...and yes, everyone accounted for.:heehee:

Been a busy week so far, I have been cleaning the kitchen top to bottom, working my way around the room, going through every little corner, chucking out anything I have no need for(boot sale). Doing a bit each day, as have so many other things to do as well.:hate-shocked:

Rearranged drawers and cupboards(now have more space):heehee:

Dismantled cooker hood and cleaned out filter, cupboard under sink needed a good clear out, I did not know I had kept so many old toothbrushes to clean those nooks and crannies.

Rearranged the fridge shelves and made more space in there(more room for beer OH says):thud:

Still have one more side of the room to do, yesterday decided to do some baking, as I had forgotten about things I had in my store cupboard, made Almond and chocolate cookies, and a chocolate chip Brioche cake.:wow: Went down a treat with a cup of tea.

In the afternoon started to clear some of my green beans, sorting out the ones for me and him, and some slightly older for Fredthe dog, he now eats more veggies and meat that I have to cook specially for him, I cooked up a chicken carcass with some celery and pumpkin and was amazed how much meat came away, and he loves the liquor:doggieshmooze:

Hey ho, off to start another day, want to re-pot some fuchsia's and other plants that need tidying for the winter. I am replanting each border, trying to give it my own stamp.:psnp:

Hope you all have a good day.:imphrt:
