Dull, dreary and drizzly here - no make that lashing down with rain now, which is par for the course when I have an appointment at the hairdresser

Oh Eve, I hope you managed to miss the showers. It didn't turn out too bad here in the end, just a bit damp! My cough is a lot worse tonight! I am choking on it. Night night all.

Not a bad day here yesterday, hardly any rain. Managed to get a bit of tidying done in
the garden.

Trying to shift things around the house a bit, next Wednesday we are going to have a new floor laid, it means that the kitchen will be out of action for 2 days, the installers have to put a leveller down, so I have to think of everything that we will need for the time the kitchen will be out of action.

The fridge freezer and the washing machine need to come out and be put into the bedroom,
but as usual all the sockets are in use. Still, it will be worth all the upheaval.

Good morning everyone, still coughing and spluttering. I got some lemsip mucus cough and cold capsules, don't seem to be doing much good though. I was glad to get up as the sinuses were pouring down my throat to my chest.

Dull and cloudy here but the sun is meant to show it's face later on so here's hoping it does.

You're having a right bad time of it Moyra. Hope it all clears up soon, but I suspect the damp weather we're having doesn't help.

Good luck with clearing the kitchen Liliana. Sounds like you'll be having a chaotic few days but hopefully will be worth it in the end.

Going back to France for a couple of days this afternoon - will be lovely to be back home but I suspect I'll have rather a lot of work to do in the garden tomorrow as I haven't been there for a month.
