Hi Friends.
I,m picking your brains again,when i was a boy(cars had solid tyres then and a man walked in front with a red flag).
my dad used to grow Flags,are they the same as Irises,and can i still get them.

Yes they are the same! Although some people only refer to the ones you get in ponds as flags, not the others.
And definitely you can still get them. On googling, this list came up

BTW, the Iris society used to have display grounds in St Albans at the Gardens of the Rose - don't know if that'll return.
