    What a shame Chriz.
There could be several reasons why your daffodils haven't flowered. Did you buy them and were they full size bulbs ready for flowering or immature bulbs for growing on. Likewise if you got them from someone elses garden they could be immature bulbs.
How deep did you plant them. I think daffodils which are planted too shallow don't flower. They should go down about twice the height of the bulb.
Maybe they weren't properly fed last year.
I would suggest you give them a good feed now with tomato fertilizer - but you can use whatever you have - and leave the foliage on until it dies down. This will feed them up for next year and you should get better results.
    Good luck with them.

i bought them from B&Q i did plant them quite deep yes, maybe next year they might come up a bit better then, out of the 40 bulbs in the pack i would say around only half flowered.

I wouldn't worry about them, I would put money on them being fine next year, and were either too long in the shop (those warehouse places can get very hot in Summer) or were a poor quality batch that were "blind" (no flower bud). Feed them if you like, I just ignore mine from one year to the next ... Take the flower heads off the ones that have flowered when they are over (so the plant doesn't waste energy making seeds)

    Hi Chriz
If its any consolation i have a tub full that haven`t flowered either although they look like they still might. They flowered ok last year but seem to be struggling this.
I have a load of black tulips that went in last year too and am hoping they will flower. So far only the leaves have appeared but at least i know they are alive
