Hi all, I had a problem with these little blighters last year and my question is:

What is the best lawn treatment I can use to rid me of these pests?

    Thank you

I don't think there is one Pip. You could try and attract starlings into your garden with a little food perhaps, they love to prod around for them on the lawn. :)

      Hi Pip

The Chemical imidacloprid is slowly being withdrawn from the market the big companies like B&Q etc have already started to withdraw from sale only professional groundsmen can get hold of it now , or you may still get on line "Lawn Grub killer Provado" but its very dangerous to bees its to late to treat, meant to be used in May till October.

I have attached a link to a biological control which is better for you and the environment and especially the bees
