Powderey mildew

I have what appears to be Powdery milldew on my cephalotus anyone here know a good way of getting rid of it , My plant sits on a window sill

I've no experience of milldew on cephalotus, but have found that a 10% solution of milk does reduce the incidence and spread of milldew on cucumbers.
