What should I do with my snowberry?

  1. Get rid of it all!

  2. Remove all the bits in the wrong place and replant against the fence

I have almost de-ivyed my back bed, and between the medium/large shrubs (an acer, something with thorns, something else, and some kind of shade-loving groundcover) the only remaining plant is snowberry. I presume the former-owner of my property intended it to grow against the back fence (south-facing garden so north-side of the fence), but it much prefers creeping closer to the front of the bed. What should I do with it?

A weed is a plant in the wrong place.

A plant moved to the right place is not a weed :)

"Right place" = "Compost heap" is permitted ...
