Last year was the first time I'd got cleome to germinate and flower. This year, the garden has provided me with masses of self sown cleome!

My late partner Beryl and I used to collect Fuchsias and at one time we had over 200 varieties, but after she became disabled I couldn't look after them properly and many died.
Now that B has gone I feel that my Fuchsia days are over and I won't be collecting them any more, but here are a few photos of some that I've still got :-

It was a compliment @wiseowl I can see it's a wildlife-friendly garden and that makes it interesting, and it's good. An over-manicured garden always looks stiff and lifeless to me .
