    Hi
I have a Monstera adansonii houseplant, which for some months hasn’t been happy, with the lower leaves going yellow.
I have looked the problem up, and as usual, it’s either too much water or too little! I have tried both, and also changed its position for light etc.
Might it be in need of some minerals or other? I hope someone can suggest something!
    Thanks ! IMG_2769.jpeg

The lower leaves will naturally die off, even evergreen leaves don't last for ever, as long as its only the lower leaves and the plant is growing new ones I think its just normal.

Did you re-pot it this spring?

It's indeed normal for the lower leaves to die when the plant grows but I have seen happier Monsteras.

One quick help is to give the plant either a weekly shower or daily misting, or both. Monsteras like high humidity. Dilute liquid seaweed in the misting spray would also do it good. Now that it's still light it's best to sort things out so that the plant survives winter.

Or, it could just be too much water or too little water
