The edge of the hedge

    The hedge always reminds me of the catbus in Totoro (or maybe a caterpillar), this brought it to life a bit more. (The border to the right is a devastation caused by the removal of thousands of alliums - aka the leek plot.)

      Creative use of stick willy! I pulled up a bucketful of that yesterday but mine just went in the compost bin.

      It needs some ears and a higher back, then you really would have a cat bus!

        The ears I could easily do in a similar way ... it's tempting to let the back grow higher!
