Hi! Bought these from a garden centre yesterday…. They had some money off but today realised the leaves have spots. Are they diseased already? Wondering how to help them? Or if to take back. Thank you!

Nip off the spotty leaves and dispose of... Then give the plants a liquid feed :)

Thank you…. Some are worse than others but all have either that or small black dots. Should I cut the lot off? any particular liquid feed? A big novice here!

I wouldn't risk taking all the leaves off a Daphne. They're temperamental! Just take off the worst affected and cross fingers that they'll put on plenty of healthy new leaves.
My go -to plant food is Miracle-Gro but others are available :)

Yeah you can worry too much as long as the new growth comes through healthy I wouldn't worry.
Most diseases are cause through poor growing conditions, when planted out hopefully the conditions will be better.
