Yes, but I think you'll find that these are Annuals. They are listed, top right, as 'Summer bedding' which usually refers to annual plants.

The ones you have found on the Coftins website are annuals. Quite a lot of plants which are grown as annuals in the uk are longer lasting perennials or shrubs in their native countries but won’t survive a UK winter

Yes, I was suggesting the rose as an alternative

Looking it up it appears to be a strain of Mimulus grown in the US and native to California, it comes in four different colours.
Possibly not available in the UK, but you could perhaps try ordering seed from the US but the site I'm looking at only sells within the US and Canada.

Thank you all for your help and support. Yes it appears to come in White, Red, Yellow and Tangerine as well as variations of this too i.e white with yellow spots for example.

      Thank you

Do your parents particularly want the mimulus because of the name 'Georgie', or some other reason?

A google of the name of the cat brought up that result as the more frequent / often occurring result and it went form there really.

      Thank you

Look at the daffodil called 'Georgie Boy', that could be a nice option, unless Georgie cat was a female....there are quite a lot of flowers your parents could take a look at.

      Fuchsia 'Georgie Girl'
      Narcissus 'Georgie Girl'

      Plenty more to consider.....

The cat was actually female but I think just the name will suffice at the moment in time, thank you. The George Rose(s) for example too.

Well, I hope you find something suitable that your parents will like. Very sad when we lose a much loved pet.
Everyone on here has given you lots of good advice and suggestions to be going on with for now.
Good luck with your search :)
