A mix of Scabiosa and Salvia April Night.

Salvia East Friesland on the left and a Salvia with unknown name on the right.

The Deutzia is opening its flowers and is covered in bees.

The Sweetpeas are from the farm shop and smell really lovely. On the right is the Spirea Big Bang.

I had replanted two Wild Geranium plants from the old bed into the new 'Japanese' bed.

@simone_in_wiltshire fabulous to see your sweet peas in flower. We were late this year in sowing and then planting out but all we have is good growth but no signs of flowers....yet.

It’s the one from the farm shop that grew like crazy and flowers. The 3 from Bampton are still small. Maybe they will flower later on. I will keep the seeds from the farm shop. Such an amazing colour and smell.

Can I be really cheeky and just say all of it looking good?

On the other hand some specific things like the roses etc are specially prolific this year.

I think your third Clematis is Madame Julia Correvon @Busy-Lizzie, it looks exactly like mine (which isn't flowering yet)

Some photos from the garden today before the rain arrived:
Californian Lilac has been standing out with its bright blue flowers and has been humming with bees at times:

Astrantia "Sparkling Stars Pink". Bought as a bare root last year when it didn't do anything, whereas the "Shaggy" I planted at the same time romped away. This year Shaggy is covered in flower buds, but the pink one has surprised me by opening a flower first!

"Rambling Rector" rose. New bare root this year.

They didn't come out in the right order, @Michael Hewett, Kermesina is the red one. The one with the number is the purple one in the middle.

This second picture of your Weigela @simone_in_wiltshire gives a better idea on how it looks.

The over all shape of it looks fine to me although I'd be inclined to prune the two lower stems left and right back a little bit and this will also encourage more upward growth. Leave pruning until it's finished flowering.

It also looks a little crowded on the right side and if mine I would remove a couple of those plants to give it more room. You spoke about digging it up and replanting, it looks happy and healthy where it is so I think it would be best left alone. :)
