Weed Killer

We have our lawns treated several times a year by a company, feed, weed and moss control treatment. However, there a still some weeds that survive so we use a lawn weed killer in a spray bottle and have used various makes. As I'm a new member here I thought it a good idea to ask what members on here use? Just looking for recommendations of what you use? They are not cheap to buy in the spray bottles so are there alternatives? Also we use a separate weed killer for weeds on the path, so any recommendations for this also welcome. Thank you.

 

We had a professional lawn person in our last house looking after our lawns. Cutting and spraying it. He was always complaining how weak the weed killers are now that the best ingredients for destroying weeds have been removed for H&S reasons. Instead of spraying once a year he had to return 2 or 3 times to spray again. I find the 2 weedol sprays the best for my lawn and paths. Do not get the two mixed up if you buy them.
