1 if the shoot has been completely knocked off a begonia tuber (Foxes ), will it sprout again this year?
2 I put the broken stem of a tuberous begonia ( the one with long pendulous red flowers). It has rooted. Will I get a tuber if I plant it? If yes, what will it do this year?
    Thanks

If the cutting has taken then yes it will produce a small tuber by the end of summer.

As to whether the old corm can reshoot depends on if it has any buds left that were dormant.
Its quite possible if you keep it watered.

I have this begonia, that seems to have survived the winter and came back this year last year it had a load of nice orange flowers last year, this year no flowers, just lots of green foliage. Anyone got any suggestions how I can get it to flower please?

A high potash feed encourages flowering

Thanks, is that like Miracle Gro, Tomorite, Boost etc? What is the food that encourages leafy growth?

I'd probably not feed it at all, it will flower when its filled the container with roots.

            Different one
The Boliviensis just had a small broken stem. I put it in water ,it rooted and that's the pics above.
The one that got uprooted ( no idea what because I didn't label it but I must've liked it) by a fox has produced a couple of leaves so it should be ok next year
