In the middle of the dog days , same shot at a different time. The Boston ivies have shed their leaves, could it be because of the heat?

I've never grown a Boston Ivy in a container, @PzaMayor3. I imagine they struggle a bit with maintaining all the top growth via a restricted root system, especially in hot conditions.

Lots of colour still, @PzaMayor3! :blue thumb: How low do your temps go in winter?

Last winter the lowest temperature was 6°Celsius. Going under 1°Celsius is so unusual.

6 degrees should be fine for all your lovely pelargoniums. :dbgrtmb: It gets a bit colder than that here, but I just pop them in the garage overnight and they seem not to mind. If it is going to be below zero for a couple of nights in a row, I also swaddle them in fleece as
                added protection.

Not too bad, thank you for asking, @PzaMayor3. :) They have finished flowering and got a tad battered with stormy winds on Friday and Saturday, but apart from a bit of rust on some leaves (which seems to be an occupational hazard when keeping them for successive yrs), they are looking pretty healthy. Some are 6 or 7 yrs old now, so I've definitely had my money's worth. :blue thumb:
