      Are your photos taken at Ness Botanic Gardens @stephenprudence? The Acacias there were also spectacular in December.

        Yes every plant is in Ness except the Daphne. It looked great and felt almost like Spring today. Interestingly there were signs that Callistemon pallidus has flowered in the last week.

              Your Amarylis looks marvellous. My mother loves them too and sent a bulb to me a few years ago.

                And this mornig - the stem to the right has grown so fast , it looks as though it may well overtake it older sister !

                  It's Aristolochia baetica a surprisingly hardy evergreen vine from Portugal.
