After seeing an idea for a rockery display i decided to copy it, so when i had some time on my hands i went to the shed to get my trolley to transport the stones to the front of the garden, but when i looked inside it wasn't there. I thought i had put it in the garage by mistake but no it wasn't there either.
Then i thought i know sometimes when you have something else on your mind you can't see things what are sometimes in front of you, so back to the shed i went to have another look, no it still was'nt there and neither was my cloth wheelbarrow which was hanging on a hook. Some theifing arabs had took the trolley and the wheelbarrow.

Wish i could get my hands on them. I was so angry. After falling down and hurting the hand that i had broken 4 years ago i couldn't carry the rocks so i had to roll them one by one up the garden. GRRRR!

Makes you realise what the phrase 'hopping mad' means! So annoying and you can't do anything about it- except maybe get a padlock. Then if you're like me you'll lose the key...
    You have my sympathy. [IMG]

I'm not surprised you're mad, Weekend Gardener - I would have been too. And I don't suppose there's anything you can do about it - frustrating.

Hope your hand gets better soon, and that you can get your rockery done despite it all.

Having had a spade and a couple of forks stolen I reported it to the police, a few weeks later they invited me to a pre auction viewing to have a look if my tools were there. Sure enough I identified some beauties ;)

I'm so glad you got your tools back pal. Although i was mad about my trolley and wheelbarrow getting stolen, they were only valuable to me. The trolley was on it's last legs, and the wheelbarrow was given to me, unfortunatly if i put heavy stuff in it the wheel went flat, so they didn't get a good deal did they?
