    can anyone tell me if heuchera are frost hardy & when is the right time to take leaf cuttings many thanks

    I moved my heuchera today, I do'nt take cuttings but just split them and plant them on. They are frost hardy

    I've had no problems with them over the winter period, touch wood.

    Ours have lasted over 20years. Our coldest winters are around -10 to -15Centrigade.

    I suspect if they have to live in flooded ground they would rot, otherwise like old boots. I treat ours with utter neglect and they thrive on it:)
