hedge growth stopper..cutless ?

last year i bought a product to spray on my hedge, it was not cutless as that product was taken off the shelf's but i cant remember what the one i bought was called....anyone know or used a hedge growth stopper, you cut your hedge the first time and then spray it on a few days later....
