As i now have a brand spanking new greenhouse i thought i might make a start ,
Compost in large tub :thumb: ,all pots and trays ready :thumb:, bowls of water to soak seed trays in after sowing :thumb:, seeds :thumb:, vermiculite :thumb: assorted clean labels with markers :thumb:, and various other assorted odds and ends :thumb:.
Getting along like wildfire ,going very smooth and efficient. :gnthb:
Then the doorbell rang :(. Someone canvassing for the local rag. No thank you Goodbye.
Back to greenhouse 3 more trays seeded :thumb: turn round 2 unmarked trays :help::help:
I know they are Dill and Parsley but i shall have to wait now and see if the labels are in the right trays

wow, you are orgsnised!, I also had a labelling situation....but caused only by my own forgetfulness and not putting a label in within 5 minutes!
I have now labelled everything at my lottie, even a well established rhubarb!

Good cheap labels can be made from 2ltr and 4ltr Ice Cream boxes, write on them with a permanent marker. Or, if you have a laser printer you can print on card and fix the card to a wooden peg (the card might get soggy when you water the plants but will dry out again, laser print does not "run").

I work 'backwards' when sowing - I write the labels then plant the seeds.
