Can anyone advise me what to do with my seeds.

I'm sewing sweet peas, cosmos, antirhinum (sp?) gypsophila, poached egg plants today.

Can I sew and put in my mini-greenhouse (covered shelf unit type) outside, or would better on windowsill first, then putting outside?

I also want to start off tomatoes (hundreds and thousands) and beetroot.

    Any advice appreciated :thumb:

    Just my thoughts,
sweet peas will be ok out in your mini greenhouse once germinated, likewise anthirhinum, I think poached egg plant should be direct sown, outside.

if you dont have a greenhouse for the toms I'd put off sowing for a couple of weeks yet.

I'd also only sow beetroot direct.

Hi, The flower seeds should be fine sown now!

Not so sure about the tomato seeds if you do not have an actual greenhouse.
As for beetroot, hard as old boots, my first sowing of them are always in seed trays and then planted out.
It used to be said that you cannot transplant root crops, but i never have had a problem with beet!

    Cheers!
