    Good morning everyone.

Survived Halloween, we had roughly 75 kids, so down a little bit from last year.

Going to go out soon and take down the decorations and later, go and cut the pine and cedar branches for my window boxes, and cut some dogwood too.

Cool but sunny here so far.

    Good morning Woo and all.

So nice to 'see' you on here darling Woo I hope this day finds you as well as can be & I send my love to you & all your lovely girls.:luv:

Rosa blinking heck girl your council needs to get their act sorted out I'll find my steel cappers & come give them a good kick up the butt for you honey!

It must have been really horrific for you hearing all that banging & seeing how close the boards got to your car it's just not on really it isn't....maybe you should refuse to pay your rent until those boards are down maybe then 'they' will work quicker!

Penny glad you had a good Halloween I enjoy it much better than Christmas if I'm honest because I don't decorate the outside of the house for Christmas but I love doing it for Halloween & then there's the kiddies all dressing up & of course ME too!:hehe:

Rosa still not able to load the pictures up to be honest I haven't used Photobucket for a while but I get the pictures up no problem they will just not copy onto here...they are not 2 big or anything like that is all quite maddening!

Busy kind of day today quick cuppa then I'm off.
    Have a nice day guys.Hel.xxx.

    Good morning everyone :gnthb:

Today is very sunny and mild but the lawn is totally covered in leaves after the winds :( and I spent a couple of hours the other day clearing them.

We went out early this morning to feed Oscar and then Monty. Oscar was already out so we left his food in his bowl in the greenhouse. Then we went up the road to feed Monty - who was also out. When we came back home Monty was in the greenhouse eating Oscar's breakfast  :)

Kandy, I'm pleased you are feeling a bit better but take it easy :luv:. It sounds as though it was nearly as bad as man flu :hehe:

Helen and Penny, it's good to hear that your Halloween was successful :gnthb:

rosa, I put up a couple of photos of the pheasants on 'What's buzzing...'. They seem to be back most of the time now. :)

When we went visiting my sister (and lots of her family) on Saturday before we went to the theatre my niece had brought her lovely puppy with her. I took him for a walk and he is really cute. I have put a link to You Tube (Let's Be Friends) on 'Pets'.

    Have a great day :D

    Good morning everyone.

Its a little cool and raining here, more like drizzle, but rain none the less.

Everything is cleaned up and thrown out from Halloween, and i went yesturday and cut all my dogwood, cedar and pine branches to start my window box this week, they are calling for snow for 3 days for us starting on Thursday, so i am glad that i did get them yesturday.
I'll probably do my Christmas lights this week too, and thats one more thing done.

    Morning everyone.

Having a bit of a lazy day today:oops: as I still don't feel 100%.Mr K is off work today so we have taken Myrtle to the garage for her MOT and then took our winter sleeping bags to be cleaned at a nearby laundrette as they are too big {44oz} to go in our washing machine:D

Just been having a nice relaxing read while Mr K has been busy in the kitchen preparing a nice beef casserole for dinner so that should slip down nicely.I can't remember the last time he cooked us a meal so it is something to look forward to:gnthb:

The sun is hsining out there and apart from a chill in the air earlier it is a beautiful day out there with hardly any breeze:D

Hope you all enjoy this lovely Autumn day and that you get lots of things done with some rest inbetween:luv:

    Good morning Rosa,Shiney and everyone.

Rosa, i hope as well that the scaffolding comes down soon, you don't want that hanging around while you are busy with christmas:(

Yes I enjoyed the casserole that Mr K cooked.I think you enjoy it more when someone else cooks it:DThis is the first meal he has cooked for me in over twenty years. He started doing the roast dinners when i used to work Sundays all those years ago because i found it too tiring working all day and then having to come home and cook a full Sunday dinnner that he insisted we had every week.I showed him what to do and he got quiet good at it but then when the Sunday working ended he pcked in the cooking and i have done it ever since:pHis father is just the same.I think that is that generation Rosa:D

Shiney hope you have a good day with your NZ friends.Hope your weather is better than we are having and hope you show them the sites of blighty before they go back although i doubt they are a patch on NZ:p:D

    Good morning peri and everyone,

Penny lovely bit of snow you have there, hope we get some for Christmas so you could send us some if you have any spare and it is only 54 days until the big day,i can't wait:D

Peri glad you had a good time away at the weekend.:thumb:We had the bad weather more on Saturday whereas you had it bad on the Sunday:( Sorry to hear about your bad hotel experience.:( The one and only time I stayed in a hotel was when i went to Jersey with my ex hubby and his parents before we were married and the room they put me into was miles away from them and was so cold and damp{basement}and it put me off hotels for life:p and what a rip off what they charged for breakfast,no wonder a lot of them are struggling:D

Hope your car gets through it's MOT ok.Mine went in on Monday and passed so I am ok for the next twelve months, although I have only driven 9,000 odd miles in it in three years so i think i am doing well:D

Hope you all have a great day:)
