Yayy I knew there was a pond in there somewhere :D, It's very murky from dragging out all the plants, but the pump and filter are on so hopefully it'll clear soon. At least until I put the plants back in.

Well, not bad for a couple of hours work even if I say so myself.

Now for the fun part....the rebuild!

Only some of the several million pond plants will be going back in and I have a few nice grasses for around the outside, along with some of the heathers that I rescued from the original plot. I have some slate chippings for around the plants that match the large ones at the back and I have some of the large ones left for around the waterfall to cover the pipes etc.

I'm exhausted but strangely enjoying it. :D

    All finished.
It may not be the best pond in the world but its a vast improvement on what it was and I'm pleased with it.
    (Excuse the poor photography!) :D

    Thank You Kelly and Robert.
The waterfall is fully functional. The pump and filter are at the opposite end of the pond so to circulate the water properly and the rocks at the back hides the pipe. :D

A pond doesn't have to be a big one in order to enjoy it, which is what you obviously do, Alison. Yours will still attract wildlife of all sorts. Well done.
