        Very good Scrungee. How are they tasting? I didn't have many left but the last few were a bit bland after being stored for a few weeks.

          The Ferlines are still OK, but the others are rather bland. I picked the last few polytunnel toms about a week ago and they were absolutely tasteless.

                A bit of comparison with other years.

                In 2012 there were very few tomatoes left at the end of October http://gardenerscorner.co.uk/forum/threads/tomato-growing-thread-2012.41043/page-56#post-609434 such as mine on 29th Oct 2012

                But in 2011 I still had tomatoes on Boxing Day & New Year's Day!

                  It was the end of 2013's tomatoes couple of days ago. Two 3L slow cooker loads were turned into pasta sauce, leaving these for composting (after some have been picked out for the hens).
