Also got my own thai basil that I've grown in the greenhouse. Might chuck a couple of my anya tatties in too!

    Feeling very pleased :rolleyespink:

Not usually the type of person whi takes piccies of their dinner but on this occasion....

Thai green prawn curry (not so green but used homemade green paste).

I go to thailand every year and always go to a cooking class :)

Key to it is put paste in the pan with a tiny bit of oil...when u can smell the fragrance add half a can of coconut milk and then add chicken/ meat. The coconut milk will not burn and makes meat soft. Then add veg. Add fish sauce and palm or brown sugar to your own taste. Add prawns near the end if ur not doing veggie or meat. Add thai basil at the end. YUM!!!

Ha ha, I absolutely love thai cooking! And weve got a hoo hings supermarket in nearby milton keynes which is very handy :)

If you want any recipes I can scan some for you. Also check out Time for Lime (koh lanta) -their website/facebook has recipes on :)
