My guess would be a Kalanchoe of some kind.

The trumpet flowers and the leaves remind me of the "Chandelier Plant", a succulent, aka, kalanchoe delagoensis(sp.?). Drought tolerant. Likes to form leaflets at the ends of the leaves. These fall/drop down and will start growing in any kind of soil they find. Can be a pain. Plant parts can be toxic to pets so I placed it away from my dogs.

        Thanks both :blue thumb:

I thought about that but am not sure about the leaves

@Silver surfer I don't know whether you have any expertise in succulents? :)
