    We always say here there is no such thing as a stupid question @cindy. If you don't ask you don't learn and gardening is a huge subject. We all had to start somewhere and GC is a good, friendly place with members helping each other along the way. :)

    You will surprise yourself one day and answer someone's question here. You'll be so chuffed with yourself when that happens. :yes:

      Freezing and mushy...... Select your beans or whatever. Plunge themito a pot of boiling water for a minute or two and then freeze.

        We just pick beans, slice into plastic bag straight into freezer, we cook them slow on a rayburn ,yes some go mushy

        Just to add to Mike's post. When you take them out of the boiling water plunge them straight into cold water (even better if you put ice cubes in it) and then drain. Then, if possible lay them on a tray (biscuit tin is handy for this) in the freezer and once they are just frozen, bag them.

                        Well them at the top of the cane's, 8foot, nice lot of flowers and the first bean is about 1 inch long, so hopefully will eats some :) if not seed
