America about to sneeze again.....

I tend to think that when the US get exceptionally cold winter weather, we get it mild, also if Eastern Europe get it bad, we get it mild.
Its when those places are getting a mild winter we get a freeze.

 

Where's that? I need something to do whilst not catching fish. We've only found lots of tiny pieces of coal at Lyme Regis, and big bits beside The West Somerset Railway reminiscent of 'The Railway Children'
