    It looks so pretty and I am pleased you had a lovely time. Amsterdam is somewhere to add to my places to visit list - it looks so relaxing. Is the picture of the hotel the one you stayed in as you said it was on the river :)

    By the look of the sky you had decent weather too. I bet the trams are worth a try! Look forward to seeing your other pics Rosa :)

    :) Oh rosa, fantastic photos..... We used to have a friend who lived just off the Leidesplein on Overtoom near Vondel Park... Some of your photos bring back some fond memories.... It is a wonderful city with so much to see... Did you know at least one of your photos is of the house boat museum as well..? Looks like they made a fuss of you on the ship too.. A smashing few days by the looks of it... Thanks so much for sharing.. :thmb:

    thanks peri, nathan, jazmine and marley pleased you like my pics, heres pic of the hotel eden we stayed at took it when it was dark so pic didnt come out to good it was right on one of the canals they have that many, was quite suprised they didnt have a lot of xmassy things up but still enjoyed my time over there.there was a few houseboats on the canal.

    this area is the royal quays, north shields close to were the dfds ship docks i live 10 mins drive from this area.
