An Algarve Garden 2024/2025

I find it always amazing looking back a few years and how things grow.
Its always an eye opener.

 

Heavens, May it almost over and I have not posted a thing so let's see what has bloomed.

My Adeniums are enjoying the heat ..

Why is the Jacaranda so thin and leafless.

I wish I could get Oleander to grow like that.

 

Sorry, I got into a muddle. Jaks go leafless in the Winter and it is just getting them back. Van won't go in his tree house because it is naked! You can see the thick trunk. The thin branches are two years old. Oleanders grow like wildfire.

Techosperman asiatica 'Summer Sunset' in pot by trellis (there is one tiny yellow bloom on it) and I planted a Geranium Rosebud in the front of the pot ...

July has arrived in the midst of our heatwave, so I got some photos of the front patio from the front door starting the south end of the Sandbar to the north end. The house faces east.

The Hibiscus plants that face us when sitting out ...

 

Had a wander down the garden this morning before the heat of the day to get some shots of the Jacaranda by the path and the Plumbago...
