    Hi all,

fairly sure this is a weed and is getting a bit out of control.
Just want final confirmation before I dig it up.

I sowed these a few years back and boy do they self seed!!!:yikes:

I have kept a couple under ( hopefully) control, by giving them the Chelsea Chop because the 1st year they got huge.!!....and seeded our entire lawn!! Hubs was not pleased!! Now I have a couple at the back of a border against a wall , but keep reducing it's size.

If that is lawn in your pic....then I would say get rid of,as we're still pulling up seedlings where it was originally sown.

        Thank you for this.

so really silly question alert but do they flower? And if so what time of year??

I have got two rather big clumps of it now so might just keep one for interest

Yes, they look like they're forming flower stems now, and flowers maybe from next month. Ox-eye Daisies are the white flowers you see great drifts of on roadside verges growing amongst the grass.

Leucanthemum vulgare, commonly known as the ox-eye daisy.
        Super wild flowers.
