Another Possible Acer I/D Please

Had the tree for about ten years has variegated leaves that change colour during the season.....also one of the first trees to start losing it leaves ( they start to wilt first) in late August / early September,
would be greatfull for any help you can give.

 

Looks like Acer negundo...possibly the variegated one with pink in the leaves Acer negundo Flamingo.

Can get big...would be happier in the ground. Pot is too small for size of tree.

 

Thanks for your help...there is moss around the base of the trunk....I guess that can only mean one thing :(
