Solved Another shrub ID please

This was given me as a cutting, no label. It's finally flowered so I'd like to plant it in an appropriate position but I have no idea what it is or how big it wants to grow. Looking a bit scraggy after all the heat and drought but will no doubt thrive in the right situation.

The leaves look like a buddleia but although the flowers look a bit like buddleia flowers there should be many more of them. Is it scented?

 

I agree a Buddleja.

 

Buddleja lindleyana, a fully hardy shrub from China. Scentless flowers with long corolla tubes evolved for moth pollinators.
