    Hi Everyone,

For Christmas I was given a box of seeds that you plant 4" deep and 'things' grow. It's all edible and a few little plants have started to popped through I've put a picture on my blog, here - would you be able to help me identify them please?

The larger seedling could be a broad bean from what I can see .. but that would have been a large seed..

Maybe because people have to click a link to go look at the photo, it helps if members can see the photo to identify them.

Lets see if this helps them, here's Bea's photo.

Looks like some kind of brassica top right, maybe a pea in there and maybe a bean or two!

Thanks Everyone! I tried to get the picture on the thread but it wouldn't work, hence the link. I'll give it another go.

Yes, it's a broad bean plant! It's about 6" high now and lots of googling confirmed it. There is also a pea plant and a radish.

    Thanks for your help :-)
