Well seeing as I don't have a green house for things like toms and cues mine are all being done this month( apart from some toms I couldn't wait to get started).

What are you all doing with this month :)

Sowing sweetpeas this weekend, weather permitting. Will leave the rest of the annuals until later in the month. Planted a load of evening primrose seedlings I grew indoors in March out this morning and sowed borage seeds (always like to have a couple of plants for the flowers).

I rather suspect I will be spending most of it fretting over the seedlings and my peonies to be honest.

I divided them lasr year and althought tere are shoots I think nothing less than a daily inspection will settle me down.

Best do it in the evening then, and take a G&T with you, or equivalent, "just in case" a medicinal remedy is called for - sounds like just my sort of gardening for sure!!

I have filled 14 mini-seeds trays for the propagator ready to sow tonight ... <Cue Trumpet Voluntary!>

I think I am going to spend the month walking around looking for space. My summerhouse is full of overwintering plants. My greenhouse is also full. All my windowsills in the house are full of cuttings that I took in November - some of them are now two feet high. My dining room is full of seed trays and seedlings. The kitchin is full and the hall is full. My drive is full. However there is still some room in the car on the back seat. :D

"Ive already given away about 100 tomatoes..."

You have Tomatoes already? Mine aren't even in flower yet :D

I planted 10 seeds, doubled a few up in 6 pots, and have pulled the others out. I think the rest of the seed packet will last a couple of decades ...

Joking apart, I would do well to share all my seed with someone else. I have a few packets, like Melons, that only have half-a-dozen seeds per packet, and I can use a whole packet of Runner Bean seeds, but 450 lettuce seeds? I don't think so ...

This month I am mostly pricking out seedlings into pots, moving stuff from the greenhouse to the coldframe, moving stuff from the coldframe to the beds, planning where the dahlias will go, thinking of starting off the annuals, weeding weeding weeding, watering.............aaaaaaaaagh
