Solved Are these perennials and can they be potted up and overwinter?

A client gifted a fall themed pot of plants and I'm wondering if this is an opportunity for free perennials.

One seems to be Russian sage and I know the ornamental cabbage is only an annual.

Any suggestions about the others please?

What a lovely gift. I can't really help here but like the little berried plant.

 

Does the berry belong to the leaves? The berry suggests it's a Gaultheria which is very hardy and perennial, but the leaves look more like Impatiens (Busy Lizzie) leaves.

Thank you! I'll see if I can save seeds from the celosia and pot the jacobea. I'll also pot up the one with the red berry and or try to collect seeds from it. The leaves do belong to the berry but my impatiens that I grew awhile back never had those berries. Very curious.
