      Welcome back :blue thumb:

Not much happening in the gardening department at this time of year so we're mainly chatting, solving the problems of the world and moaning about things - not to mention doing silly quiz type things and telling silly jokes. :snorky:

I thought I said not to mention doing that!!! :old: :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

Not that much M. Another lengthy episode of illness that's now behind me I think. A change of job, company and career. A bit of a reevaluation of priorities. Oh and I even did some gardening. Got an excellent crop of beans and courgettes, sorted a collapsed fence that I'd put off doing for literally years, and finally gained full control of Far End.

                    Still attached.

Still internally all the wrong shape as far as I know.

Although what I find rather fascinating is that touch wood, it doesn't give me anywhere near as much bother as it was doing. They say osteoarthritis can't heal. There are a very small number of documented cases where it actually has, to some extent, with cartilage regenerating and bones restructuring themselves. I don't know if that's happening in my case, but these days the smashed in joint seems relatively pain free most of the time, and it's range of motion seems to have improved too.

Why's that then Zigs? I do like yogurt, but I don't buy it very often because I'm the only one in the house that seems to eat it, and I only like the live natural stuff that comes in a big pot, so with me being the only one that bothers, it's a waste because half the time it goes past it before I've used it all up.

Supposed to be the opposite :noidea:. They say that the lactobacillus acidophilus in live yoghurt helps to cure thrush and fungal infections.
