    Sorry to hear that Zigs - it's so much more difficult selling these days. But just believe 'It will happen' - they just obviously weren't the right people for your house!

                  What a bummer, there are not that many things which are infinitely better in Scotland than in England (lived in England for 20 odd years so know both) but our house selling/buying is way better.We don't seem to get involved with chains, if an offer is accepted then a hefty deposit (non returnable unless there is a VERY good reason) is required and everything seems so much simpler. I can still remember my poor Mother thinking she had sold her house in England only for the bu..ers to pull out of the sale the day before completion and that was AFTER they'd asked for an extra 2 months to complete which didn't suit my Mum at all.

                  Sure you'll find another buyer soon, fingers crossed for you.

                      Selling houses can be such a PITA due to these types of people.
