I've not got one but I know some have. There's often a problem with the battery not holding the charge for long enough to cut the lawn.
We golfers can have the same problem with our "leccy" golf trollies, getting rather tired before completeing the course.
The usual remedy is to run the battery completely down and then re-charge it. For us, ust a case of putting the trolley axle up on a block and letting it run.
But I was given another tip the other day. That is, after use invert the battery and let it stand for three days upside down (only sealed units). I'm told this allows the salts to get more evenly distributed. Then run it down and re-charge it.
    It works!

    Hi music,
I'm the same, the only battery powered hand tool I have is a cordless drill. Every time I use it I often forget to put the battery on charge afterwards and the next job has to wait another day!

On the subject of charging, my Powakaddy charger for my golf trolley gave up the ghost five years ago. It had an automatic cut off after eight hours. I've since been using a thirty plus year old car battery charger. The trolley and battery live in the old "coal store" under the stairs accessed by a small door in the side of the house. I've a power socket in there, controlled by a swich in a cupboard off the hall. I have to leave my remote control for my DVD on the table in the hall as a reminder to turn the charger off before I go to bed after I've connected it when I get home from golf, my memory is that bad.
