It's also amazing to see how quickly the ground recovers after being under water for so long.

 

Hi Sheal,..the mind boggles when we see Yellow Flag Iris coming up then flowering,..plus Water Mint of which the scent is wafting around and a whole list of other Wild Flowers,..one would think of being under water for almost 9 Months that everything would be killed off.

 

Back to wandering along the river means more space for a wee dog to run about,..with me in tow.

 

After someone mentioned it, Foxy Molly does look like a little Alsation/German Shepherd, albeit a little tubby ... cough, cough!

 

@Victoria ,..ah yes she put on a lot of weight due to the restricted walking areas,.. because of the area we are now in being flooded for so long,..though i think i am over feeding her as well ,..i agree she looks like a miniature Alsation/German Shepherd

 

The grass has yet to recover from being submerged.

Foxy Molly has a tail similar to a husky , they're good at posing too!!!

 

Doing some painting in the cottage,..decided on green wall,..it shows very light green by day then darker at night.









Painted doors and ceiling but need to paint the smoke alarm,..plus new light shades as they were blue
